Established in 2003 and located in the Huaian National Economic & Technological Development Zone of Jiangsu Province, China, Huaian Zhongde Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. is a National High-Tech Enterprise specializing in the integrated production and sales of high-end packaging for the food, medical, and electronics industries.

Our facility covers a total area of 25,000 square meters, with a building area of 33,000 square meters. We currently employ over 100 people and operate more than 60 advanced, fully automated plastic color-printing production lines. Our annual production capacity reaches 10,000 tons for color-printed packaging and 6,000 tons for blown film, generating an annual output value of approximately 300 million RMB.

Three Inspection Procedures

Professional Testing Laboratory

Our factory has established a dedicated quality control laboratory to conduct comprehensive physical and chemical testing of raw materials and finished products. We use precise testing data to optimize production processes and ensure consistent product quality. The laboratory is equipped with a full suite of testing instruments, including a gas chromatograph, heat seal tester, vacuum leak detector, tensile testing machine, coefficient of friction (COF) tester, pendulum impact tester, standard light source color-matching light box, and high-temperature retort sterilizer.

The laboratory is staffed by four certified professional testing technicians who perform end-to-end closed-loop testing to strictly control the quality of every batch.

Our factory’s quality management system has obtained international certification and undergoes regular annual audits by a third-party organization. This ensures the safety of our packaging products and stable supply chain delivery, while also enabling us to consistently provide customers with high-quality products and supporting services.
Online Visual Defect Inspection System for Roll Stock

To strictly control the appearance quality of finished flexible packaging products, our factory has equipped its entire line of CNC high-speed rewinding machines with an online visual defect inspection system for roll stock, enabling unmanned, real-time quality inspection throughout the entire film feeding process.

The system utilizes a combination of dual-station high-speed line-scan cameras to simultaneously scan both sides of the film. It can accurately identify various microscopic defects that are easily missed by the naked eye, such as printing omissions, registration errors, crystal spots, fish-eye defects, scratches, holes, lamination bubbles, insect or dirt spots, creases, and poor splices. Designed for high-speed rewinding production, it does not require additional offline inspection time. Defect data is categorized and recorded, and a complete quality inspection archive is maintained for each roll, ensuring product traceability. This stabilizes the appearance pass rate of finished products and provides reliable quality assurance for high-end packaging export orders.
Full Manual Inspection

Building on automated equipment inspections, our factory has established a full manual inspection process for finished products, implementing a dual-quality assurance model of “machine preliminary inspection + manual fine inspection.” Before being packed and shipped, all finished rolls and finished packaging bags are thoroughly inspected and verified roll by roll and batch by batch by experienced quality control personnel.

Under standardized lighting conditions, quality inspectors conduct a comprehensive inspection for cosmetic defects, focusing on re-examining suspicious areas identified by machine vision. They rigorously screen for registration errors, color discrepancies, dirt spots, scratches, creases, poor sealing, pinholes, and other minor cosmetic defects to eliminate missed or misidentified defects.

Manual 100% inspection serves as the final quality control checkpoint before shipment, effectively addressing the minor blind spots of automated inspection. This dual-layer assurance guarantees the visual consistency and yield rate of every batch, ensuring that all finished products delivered to customers fully comply with order specifications and export quality requirements.
